Wedding Function

The Sunshine Coast Function Centre can cater for weddings from 30 - 500 guests. (minimum 60 Friday & Saturday nights) Our Wedding packages have been designed by our dedicated & experienced functions team specifically to ensure that everything is taken care of for you on your special day.  We have an extensive list of standard inclusions as well as plenty of extras, giving you the option of personalising your choices resulting in an event exactly as you had imagined.

 


Standard Inclusions• Bridal Suite - On arrival to your reception, you will be personally greeted by one of our friendly staff and ushered to your own private suite to freshen up and take a breath with a glass of bubbles & canapés before your grand entrance
• Use of our spectacular lobby bars for pre-dinner drinks
• Chef’s selection of canapés served on arrival of guests for half an hour duration
• Round tables seating up to 10 guests with white linen tablecloths and LED centrepieces
• White linen napkins, or your choice of coloured two ply serviettes
• Skirted bridal table, cake table and present table
• Complimentary use of microphone and lectern
• Complimentary dance floor to suit the size of your function
• Free undercover parking for guests
• Your wedding cake cut and placed on your buffet (if applicable)
• Our gift to you – your own engraved cake knife.

• Choice of any guest table centrepieces as listed below or available from decorator

 Sit Down Menu Served alternately, our delicious sit down menu choices are sure to impress your guests and are available for wedding parties with 30 guests or more (min 60 on Friday & Saturday evenings). All dinners are served with a bread roll, plus tea, coffee and chocolates.





Entrees – Select two of the following

• Marinated chicken with avocado & corn salsa
• Mediterranean vegetables with caramelised balsamic (v)
• Prawn and mango salad with sweet chilli dressing
• Chicken and roasted vegetable salad with ranch dressing
• Sweet potato, leek and roast pepper frittata
• Sushi rolls with soy dipping sauce (vo)

Mains – Select two of the following

• Crispy skin barramundi with lemon paprika aioli and sautéed greens
• Grilled Atlantic salmon with a lemon and caper crθme sauce
• Chicken breast with walnut parmesan risotto and garlic cream
• Macadamia crusted chicken breast with cherry and apricot jus
• Pocketed chicken breast with sundried tomato and camembert, topped with hollandaise
• Roasted vegetable risotto with shaved parmesan (v)
• Slow cooked pork with orange and ginger on raisin cous cous
• Pork fillet with apple and cranberry jus
• Eye fillet medallion on garlic mash with red wine jus
• Fillet mignon with kipfler potatoes and a field mushroom sauce
• Crusted lamb rack with a spiced mint glaze and roasted vegetables

Dessert – Select two of the following

• Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce
• Individual pavlova with fresh fruit salad
• Lemon tartlet with peanut brittle and dollop cream
• Baked passion-fruit cheese cake with berry compote
• Wild berry pannacotta with a fruit compote
• Chocolate basket with fresh cream and seasonal berries
• Profiteroles with crθme anglaise and a chocolate rum sauce

Give your guests a large selection of delicately prepared food fresh from our kitchen & cater to a wide variety of tastes. Our Diamond Wedding Buffet represents fantastic value for money and is available for wedding parties with over 40 guests. (min 60 on Friday & Saturday evenings)
