The Sunshine Coast Function Centre can cater for weddings from 40 to 500 guests.  (Friday & Saturday nights minimum 60)

Sit Down Menu

Entrees
Please choose two entrees from the following:
• Crab and mango salad on cumin apple chips
• Asian chicken with sticky rice
• Chicken with cornmeal and coriander crust and avocado salsa
• Tiger prawn with cucumber and tomato herb salad
• Smoked chicken on vegetable frittata with tomato relish


Mains
Please choose two mains from the following:
• Crispy chicken breast with sauteed leeks and a tarragon sauce
• Macadamia crusted chicken breast with sour cherry jus and camembert mash 
• Braised chicken breast on baby greens with parmesan polenta
• Pork medallions with spicy maple sauce and pancetta bacon
• Pork tenderloin with cider jus on a pumpkin cake
• Crispy skin barramundi with spicy tomato and cranberry preserve on sautéed greens
• Grilled fish fillet with sweet potato crumble and lemon vanilla jus
• Beef fillet with bell pepper and basil sauce
• Veal wrapped prosciutto and mozzarella with tomato jus
• Peppered eye fillet medallion with tiger prawns, risotto cake and hollandaise sauce

Dessert
Please choose two desserts from the following:
• Jellied passion fruit with basil dollop cream
• Fresh berries with honeycomb mousse and chocolate
• Individual petit desserts
• Strawberries and cream in pavlova kisses
• Cherry lime pannacotta with spearmint cream
• Chocolate and hazelnut dip with rosemary biscotti and vanilla icecream
• Warm banana and coconut pudding with caramel sauce

Seafood Buffet
