Conferencing Packages

The Sunshine Coast Function Centre can take the hard work out of organising your conference.  With one phone call we can arrange room selection, new style catering options and equipment requirements.
Our conference packages are a full day format and are fully inclusive, covering room hire, whiteboard & markers, microphone & lecturn, overhead projectors and screens, note pads, pens, mints, morning and afternoon and lunch.  (Minimum of 30 people) 
 
Room Selection:
Single Gem Room (up to 30 people conference or 50 theatre style)  
Combination of two rooms (up to 80 people conference or 100 theatre style)
Emerald Room (up to 240 people conference style)   
Combination of six rooms (up to 320 people conference style)
Full Diamond Room (up to 500 people conference style)
Conference packages include the use of one room for a suitable size for your group. 
Complimentary break out areas are available in our Miss Ruby Bar or Lobby, should you require the use of additional rooms these are available at an additional daily room hire charge.
Conference package lunches are designed as working lunches, you may enjoy your lunch in your room or break out into our lobby areas.
