Entrees - Please choose any two entrees:

• Prawn and shallot pancakes with Asian bean salad and saki dressing
• Beer marinated chicken with avocado & corn salsa
• Mediterranean vegetables with caramelised apple salad (v)
• Prawn skewer with jasmine rice and soy cream sauce

Mains - Please choose any two main courses:

• Crispy skin barramundi with lemon paprika aioli and sautéed greens
• Grilled fish fillet with vegetable frittata and tomato relish
• Chicken breast with walnut parmesan risotto and cranberry jus
• Moroccan Chicken breast with camembert cheese and red curry sauce
• Pork fillet with sour cherry glaze and sweet potato
• Slow cooked pork with orange and ginger on raisin cous cous
• Eye fillet medallion on potato mash with red
• wine jus
• Beef strip loin with chorizo sausage in a port wine glaze
• Lamb rack with seeded mustard on creamy polenta mash
• Lamb fillet with raspberry chutney and rosemary vegetables
• Roasted vegetables with polenta cake and sage pesto

Desserts - Please choose any two desserts:

• Mango and coconut bavouris with macadamia

• Grilled chicken medallions
• Flash fried beef with mustard and mushroom sauce
• Beef and smokey bacon with bourbon sauce
• Pork with a cardamom and coconut sauce
• Pork and sweet chilli vegetable stir fry
• Barramundi topped with tiger prawns and lemon pepper hollandaise
