Mango and coconut bavouris with macadamia crust
Banana and date pudding with butterscotch sauce
Hazelnut meringue with chocolate mousse

Lemon tartlet with peanut brittle and dollop cream
Baked cheese cake with berry compote and passion fruit jelly

Crispy skin barramundi with lemon paprika aioli and sautéed greens
Grilled fish fillet with vegetable frittata and tomato relish
Chicken breast with walnut parmesan risotto and cranberry jus
Pork fillet with sour cherry glaze and sweet potato
Slow cooked pork with orange and ginger on raisin cous cous
Beef strip loin with chorizo sausage in a port wine glaze
Lamb fillet with raspberry chutney and rosemary vegetables
Roasted vegetables with polenta cake and sage pesto
Followed by:
Fine Maleny cheese selection
Fresh and dried fruits
Lavoush crackers
Served on one platter per table

Your cake served as dessert with whipped cream and fruit coulis $2.50 per head
